Return & Refund Policy

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility
Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Prescription medicines and opened products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned: prescription medicines, opened supplements, perishable health products, personal care items, and any product used or damaged after delivery.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via M-Pesa Till No. 5279237 (CAREVEE STORE) or original payment method.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible products within 7 days. The exchanged item must be of equal or greater value. Any price difference must be settled before the exchange is processed.
6. How to Initiate a Return

7. Governing Law
